The Role Join government client as a Customer Service Officer for an intial 3 month contract with a potential to extend / go permenant. The few areas you will be exposed to and trained with this organisation which are customer service front counter, concierge, license testing and computer testing. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to all. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all interactions and administrative tasks Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals Maintain a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support About You: 2 years of customer service experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain composed under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Full drivers licence required.
