Role Summary Reporting to the supervisor, this Receptionist role is pivotal, serving as the first point of contact and representing the organisation. You'll be responsible for a range of reception duties, general office support, and assisting with the coordination of office facilities. A high standard of customer service is essential, ensuring a professional, courteous, and positive image is conveyed at all times. Key Responsibilities Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties. Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Supporting administrative functions such as data entry, correspondence, and file management. Assisting with meeting preparations and ensuring smooth operations during hearings. Maintaining and updating databases and other records. Able to manage high volumes of work and work under pressure. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. About You A tertiary degree and experience in a similar receptionist role. Strong customer service and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in office software and data entry. Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments.
