You'll manage client flow, ensure excellent customer service, and support our employment services teams in assisting candidates to secure sustainable employment with local employers. Your role significantly influences team performance and contributes to achieving our targets and outcomes. About the role… This role will require you to: Deliver outstanding customer service Be the first point of contact for clients & customers of VERTO Complete front desk reception duties Complete administrative duties Attend to customer enquiries over the phone and front counter Maintain training room and office facilities Complete sensitive file management and archiving About you… To be successful in this exciting and rewarding role you will have the following: Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist our clients and employers Good time management and organisational skills Ability to thrive in a busy, rapidly changing environment Great team work ethic Good administrative skills and computer literacy Knowledge of employment or community services industry is desired but not essential.
