Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction with service. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, clearing and resetting bar counters, and ensuring bar equipment is well-maintained. Follow all health and safety regulations, including VIC RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines. Restock and replenish bar supplies such as beer, spirits, and other beverages, ensuring inventory is adequately managed. Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions. Provide information about drinks, food pairing, and promotions to guests. Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient bar during busy service hours. Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role. RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Team player with a positive attitude and excellent multitasking abilities. Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages.
