More About the Role at JLL What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking a dynamic Senior Facilities Administrator/Receptionist to join our onsite team, working with a global investment management client in the Sydney CBD. This role combines facilities and reception duties, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our client's workplace experience. Overview of the role: - Act as on-site point of contact for facilities issues - Manage reception area, creating a welcoming environment - Operate switchboard and maintain phone systems - Greet visitors, manage access passes, and book meeting rooms - Oversee mailroom operations and general office duties - Manage facilities requests using client software/database - Assist with health & safety management and risk management - Support procurement and vendor management processes - Assist with financial processes and purchase order management Sounds like you?
