The Corporate Governance and Finance Department is a diverse unit that provides financial management and statutory reporting, manages the purchasing and procurement functions, ensures compliance around legislative and governance matters, provides advice and guidance around risk and legal matters, oversees the records management activities of the organisation and coordinates facility management matters.
