This role will be fast-paced and demands strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office. Your role: This is a full-time, temporary position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email Managing the email inbox and triaging emails to the appropriate teams (e.g., forwarding sales-related inquiries to Sales team) Responding to customer emails as needed Resolving customer queries, including website-related issues Performing accurate data entry About You You will have outstanding customer service skills, combined with strong critical thinking and the ability to think on your feet. Using your initiative, you will make key decisions and resolve customer issues with confidence. Your previous customer service experience will help you excel in this busy role, and you'll have the chance to work for a leading FMCG company in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
