Sydney CBD Location Top Tier Firm $100- $103k Package Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to Partners and senior fee earners, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and managing communications. Assist with the management of client relationships, including responding to inquiries and supporting business development initiatives. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with high attention to detail. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including coordinating events, liaising with external vendors, and managing supplies. Monitor financial performance, including billing, client invoicing, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining up-to-date records and assisting with audits. Support HR activities such as onboarding, training coordination, and handling confidential information. Key Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role with 4-5 years experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with case management or practice management software is a plus.
