About the Role: An opportunity has arisen to join an amazing team on a temporary basis until the end of the year. Accurately enter customer orders into the system. Handle inbound telephone enquiries and troubleshoot product issues. Liaise with key stakeholders and service providers. Ensure customer needs are met within required timeframes. To be Successful: You will need to demonstrate: Strong customer service and order processing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A positive and professional can-do attitude. The ability to work autonomously.
