Job Description The Centre The centre has strong community ties and works closely with local schools to support children and their transition to school. Located in the Box Hill area, the centre is best accessed by car. The company has fantastic support from their head office team and other early learning services within the brand and you will be supported closely within your role. About the Role This early learning centre is looking for a Trainee to join its team and study towards your Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will have 3 hours each week for study time and have close support from the team. You will be working with children aged 3-5 years and gain valuable on the job training. The centre has strong community connections and you will be involved in continuing to build positive partnerships to support the children and their development. Must-Have Qualifications and Skills: To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role with the below essential criteria Untrained - no qualification needed as you will be enrolled in your Certificate 3 in ECEC No previous experience required Working with Children Check Benefits of the role Set shifts: 9:15-5:15 Paid, on the job training 18 month traineeship 3 hours study time per week Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
