The Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join the owner's team for a mine project in Central Queensland. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the project schedule, covering key activities such as: engineering finalisation, procurement, transport logistics, site construction, commissioning, operational readiness and operations ramp-up activities. Key Responsibilities Expand an existing high-level Microsoft Project Gantt Chart into a detailed, trades-level project delivery schedule. Build and monitor a detailed, itemised schedule of trades and equipment with resourcing in collaboration with project team managers. Provide daily and weekly updates and reports on the schedule’s progress. Present the Gantt chart and performance KPIs to the project team and executives.
