If this describes you, we would love to invite you to join us Based in Gordon, the Café Shift Lead will ensure all aspects of customer service standards are met, high standards of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained, materials are handled correctly, and contribute to the efficient operation of the Food Production Facility. As a Cafe Shift Lead, you will: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the cafe and kitchen. Ensure food preparation meets Anglicare’s standards and resident dietary preferences. Lead and supervise cafe assistants, ensuring a respectful and efficient team environment. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP, WHS). Foster a positive work culture aligned with Anglicare’s Christian values. About You: Demonstrated experience overseeing and maintaining a cohesive team Developed skills in food preparation of food with individual specifications. Knowledge of Aged Care catering policies & procedures and HACCP principles preferable Excellent communication skills, including fluent English literacy (spoken and written) Kitchenhand or food production experience preferable, or willing to be trained.
