Our Australian Blue Cypress oil has a strong reputation in the essential oil industry domestically and internationally. We are a Young Living reserve having exported to the USA for a number of years. The Retail Shop Manager will be coordinating retail operations at the store and markets, undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies and supervising operational and organizational standards of the store. This position requires someone who has excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, great customer service values and is able to improve customer satisfaction, meet monthly sales goals and work autonomously but also as part of a team.
