More About the Role at James Hardie The Opportunity Reporting to the Technical Support & Claims Manager, you will provide value add technical phone and email support to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in customer service and drive the growth of James Hardie. Your day to day will involve speaking with customers such as architects, builders, distributers, as well as the internal Sales, Customer Service and Products teams. Based in Sydney CBD, this is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow through exposure to all parts of the business, with the added perk of being in the heart of the bustling city.
