Infrastructure Project Lead - Employee Experience Project We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Lead to oversee the integration of key infrastructure initiatives such as M365 Upgrade , AWS Workspaces , and Call Centre Migrations . You will coordinate technical delivery across teams, manage implementation phases, and ensure alignment with operational and testing frameworks. You will serve as the link between the Employee Experience Project & relevant technical teams including business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead integration of M365, AWS Workspaces, Teams Telephony, and Call Centre Migration. Coordinate with IT and Workplace Engineers, ensuring technical alignment. Oversee implementation from development through production (Dev, QA, Prod). Support Project Managers with technical coordination and updates. Manage workflows using Jira and ensure resource allocation. Facilitate hardware/software procurement and technical change implementation. Act as an escalation point for project challenges and enforce infrastructure standards. Must have: Proven experience delivering M365 and Call Centre Migration projects. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS Workspaces). Experience tracking tasks/issues with Jira and Confluence. Excellent coordination skills across IT and business teams. Ability to deliver on tight timelines. Nice to have: Experience with MS Teams Telephony, ITIL, and leading virtual teams.
