We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to help the Help Desk Team thrive even more About the Role As a Team Leader, you'll drive the Help Desk Team's success, managing daily operations and being a hands-on leader who's ready to step in when needed. Your role will include: Overseeing the team's processes, ensuring everyone is on track and aligned Leading the team with clarity and support, handling both administrative and developmental tasks Acting as the first point of escalation for both internal and external customers Keeping everyone informed through daily, weekly, and monthly reports Creating effective methods to track progress and task completion What You Bring A strong background in Customer Service with a commitment to putting the customer first Previous experience as a Team Leader in a Help Desk/Customer Service environment Knowledge of computer management systems and advanced computer skills Exceptional communication skills and a team-player mentality The ability to effectively transfer knowledge and skills to the team Why Join Them?
