This role includes designing and delivering lectures, conducting research, and participating in departmental and university activities. The position requires a focus on advancing knowledge in the discipline and enhancing the learning experience for students. Key Responsibilities: Teaching: Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions. Create and update course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Research: Conduct original research, publish findings, and contribute to the academic community. Seek research funding and collaborate on projects. Student Support: Provide academic advising, mentoring, and support to students. Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and other assessments. Academic Administration: Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other university activities. Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning. Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in the field and engage in ongoing professional development.
