Oversee the daily opening and closing of the warehouse Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff Plan, organise, and oversee warehouse activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods) Monitor and optimise warehouse workflows to maximise efficiency Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and OH&S regulations Implement inventory control procedures and conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes Manage daily van delivery schedules and liaise with third-party transport partners Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and facility upkeep Provide regular updates to senior management on operations and key performance metrics Lead and motivate a high-performing team, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement What do you need? 3 years’ experience in a similar Warehouse Management role Strong leadership and people management skills Experience with inventory control and optimising warehouse operations Excellent verbal and written communication Forklift license (highly regarded) If you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW below If you have questions about the role, please contact Darcy Spackman on 0499 187 524 We are interviewing immediately.
