Health Care Worker - Oxley About the Role The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance with the delivery of activities of daily living and supportive care to patients within the Oxley Ward at Grampians Health Horsham. This position functions under the direction and supervision of an Enrolled or Registered Nurse and in accordance with educational preparation and level of competence to achieve and maintain the standard of care in line with organisational procedures and clinical guidelines. Skills & Experience Essential: Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent Well-developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy Ability to priorities and work effectively without direct supervision Desirable: Previous experience as a Health Care Worker Current food handling certificate Current Level 1 First Aid certificate Position Description : HERE Interested?
