More About the Role at JLL What this job involves: We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager to join our team based on site at a shopping centre in Fairfield. You will provide support on a day-to-day basis with delivery functions of retailers and ensuring compliance with performance expectations. A snapshot of the role: - Rent collection – chasing tenants for outstanding arrears - Accounts receivable – processing retailer charges and invoices, monitoring of daily allocations; calculation of income accruals where necessary - Accounts payable - raise purchase orders, process supplier invoices and resolve account enquiries as needed - Overall co-ordination of the centre-based Lease Administration process such as Lease input, bank guarantee and PLI - Coordinate and prepare monthly client reports such as P&L and Retail Report and manage input from all stakeholders - Process all rent reviews and update billing details - Participate in the annual budget process, working with all stakeholders, assist Centre Manager with review of budgets and manage communications of outgoings charges to retailers - General office duties - answering phone calls, front desk enquiries, maintaining office utilities, supplies and tidiness Sound like you?
