What you'll do As a Retail Associate (aka our Front of House superstar), you'll be the face of Zoomo at our Melbourne site and help riders acquire the basic skills they need to get on the road and provide them with quick, efficient support, cultivating positive relationships with Zoomo. When a customer needs assistance, you'll use your mastery of current Zoomo technology to quickly assess their situation and support them with advice or a solution on the spot. Some of your duties will include: - Ensure our riders have an awesome and seamless in-person support experience - Walk riders through the onboarding process and all safety requirements - Help existing riders troubleshoot any issues they experience with our e-bikes - Meeting sales goals by selling our products to rider - Continuously looking at how to improve processes and procedures within the store - Stay on top of new Zoomo policies, procedures, and programs that affect riders - Be our customers' biggest advocate, ensuring you provide an excellent customer experience to the Zoomo rider. - Provide support to the Store Manager/Operations manager Requirements - Can work a regular roster of between 24-30 hours per week - Previous experience in a customer facing Retail or Operations environment - Fantastic communication skills and customer service skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and use online systems - Capable of multitasking or working under pressure from customers - Able to identify, solve issues and take ownership to resolve them - Capable of building trusting relationships with customers and suppliers - Bonus points for these desired traits - Fluency in languages other than English (e.g. Spanish) - An interest or enthusiasm for all things bikes or e-bikes - Any work experience relating to bikes, e-bikes, or light electric vehicles, including maintenance - A fun energy to bring the vibes Our team loves to go on bike adventures Benefits - Discounts - Huge Zoomo employee bike discount to ride your very own bike - L&D - Learning & Development Allowance and Leave Days to invest in your personal career growth - Extra Annual Leave days - "Zoomo Days" as a reward for your tenure - Wellbeing - Access to free and unlimited well-being support and professional counselling - Paid Parental Leave - A Zoomo funded scheme to support new parents - Employee Referral Program - to reward you for helping us hire other Zoomers - Regular Social Events - a dedicated "Joy Divison" who organise fun team events like pub feeds, team drinks, bowling etc If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
