Your Mission: Act as the go-to expert for complex support tickets, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution Manage critical incidents with a focus on minimizing client impact Navigate and support diverse IT landscapes, from on-prem to cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure, and beyond) Become the go-to guru, mentoring our L2 engineers and elevating the entire team's expertise Lead technical projects such as system migrations and upgrades Create outstanding documentation that becomes the gold standard for our operations Leverage and enhance our cutting-edge automation systems to streamline workflows The Ideal Candidate: 3 years of experience in a Senior (Level 3) Service Desk role, ideally in an MSP environment Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies, networking, and cloud platforms Deep technical know-how in Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, and networking wizardry Proven skills in server administration, RMM tools, patch management, and cybersecurity The gift of clear communication, turning tech-speak into client-friendly language Time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Valid driver's license and Australian work rights Why Join Our Quest?
