The opportunity The Royal Freemasons community is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Administration Officer to join our team at Centennial Lodge Residential Aged Care Facility in Wantirna South. The Customer Administration Officer will be the front face of our facility, meeting and greeting visitors and attending to enquiries over the phone and email. You will have a friendly and approachable manner, be flexible and adaptable, as well as be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include Provide high level of customer service to our residents, families and employees and all general enquiries Management of rostering for all staff in the home (including leave) Assist with recruitment and on-boarding processes for new staff Undertaking administrative tasks, filing, data entry, maintaining records, mail and deliveries and archiving. Skills and Experience Experience in Aged Care or Health Care is advantageous. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service. High level of computer literacy, including experience with aged care software and MS Office. Strong communication, problem identification, and resolution skills.
