Due to our continued portfolio growth, Infinity Constructions is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join us in Oran Park An exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Contract Administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career on a large commercial project for a $100 Million hotel in Oran Park. What are we looking for? Infinity is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator in Oran Park where you will report to the Project Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners. A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to: Minimum of 6 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with partners and key stakeholders. Contract Administration and technical construction knowledge on commercial projects of up to $50 million Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards and law. Proficient in Cheops is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and communication skills, written and verbal. Benefits?
