Now is the time to join this team An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full-time Team Leader – Customer Administration to join our Water and Waste (W&W) Directorate, based in Moranbah. Located approximately 200km inland from Mackay, Moranbah is a small mining community that has a strong community focus, and prides itself in its rich history and various recreational activities. Reporting to the Program Leader – Customer Admin and Business, the Team Leader – Customer Administration position leads the Customer Administration team who provide customer service, administrative and financial support to the W&W Directorate and coordinate actions associated with MiWater, monthly reconciliations and water meter reading. To be successful in this position, you will have: A caring attitude, paired with a positive work ethic and demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team to reach a shared goal. Superior administration, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills and demonstrated experience, minimum 5 years preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate high functioning teams. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve goals, work autonomously and prioritise work tasks to achieve program objectives, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Finance Systems. Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required. Demonstrated financial understanding and analysis skills. A high level of attention to detail.
