Boutique Accounting Firm in Abbotsford Full- time opportunity with ongoing progression $65,000 - $75,000 Super Our client is a boutique Accounting firm in Abbotsford seeking an Office Administrator with a go-getter attitude who is looking for step in the door within a professional practice The successful candidate will be required to man reception and assist with the office administration work. You will be the first point of contact for clients and be on hand to assist the team with any adhoc administration required. Your duties may include: Answering incoming calls and responding to emails Meeting and greeting all clients Collating files and documents for clients Lodging income tax returns Liaise with clients, the ATO and ASIC Strong client / customer focus & ability to build strong relationships About You Must have 1-2 years' experience as an administrator within an Accounting firm Experience using MYOB and XERO is highly regarded however not essential Understanding of the ASIC and ATO portals Organised personality Proactive approach to work High attention to detail Benefits: Opportunity for development Beautiful modern offices Competitive salary on offer Room for progression How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
