What We Do (and What You’ll Be Doing): Implement servers that actually stay up Lock down networks with firewalls and robust security Make Microsoft 365 and Azure work like magic Build wireless systems that won’t make people cry Spot risks before they become disasters You’ll be the person keeping clients’ systems in shape and jumping into projects that stretch your skills. Some days, you’ll deep-dive into Hyper-V configurations; other days, you’ll be explaining DNS issues to someone who thinks it’s an internet conspiracy. We don’t have rigid job descriptions – everyone pitches in. Whether it’s troubleshooting a misbehaving router or designing a new infrastructure plan, you’ll roll with it. Who You Are: 3 years' experience in IT – you know your way around AD, DNS, and Group Policy without a cheat sheet. Proficient with Microsoft Enterprise tools – Servers, 365, Azure. Comfortable working with Hyper-V or VMware (bonus points if you can wrangle both). You’ve configured routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and managed LAN/WAN networks. Can explain technical things to non-techies without making them feel dumb. Detail-focused (if you spot a typo, we’ll probably like you more). The Details: Based in Launceston. No hiding behind titles here – we all get our hands dirty when needed. Every day will challenge you. If you thrive on problem-solving and variety, this is the gig for you. What’s next?
