Permanent part time position (4 days per week) Based at Dandenong / Prahran About the opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Integrated Family Violence Partnership (IFVP) Program. The IFVP provides strategic leadership to drive effective responses to family violence and support Victoria’s family violence reforms. Find out more about the IFVP in the position description. The Program Administrator will support the IFVP Principal Strategic Advisor with a variety of administrative duties including: Agenda preparation and minute taking for governance group and partnership meetings Support with organising training sessions and events, including registration of attendees, booking venues and arranging catering Preparation of program reports, ensuring they are submitted within required timeframes Maintaining the SouthSafe and SMAConnect websites and e-newsletters About you To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a relevant qualification or professional training in Business Administration or a related discipline. You will also have extensive experience in administration support roles and knowledge of the Victorian family violence reform agenda. You will have strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload with conflicting tasks and deadlines. A strong initiative and relationship-building skills are essential to this role. Well-developed computer literacy skills are also key. Click here to view the position description.
