Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Super Bonuses (depending on experience). Key Responsibilities: Manage and process sales orders efficiently. Create work orders and purchase orders. Handle invoicing and accounts payable. Manage payroll for 8-10 staff members. Perform reconciliations and financial reporting. Provide excellent customer service. General administrative duties. Phone, email and customer enquires. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail. Fantastic communication and customer service skills. Team player with a professional demeanour. Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office (essential). Well-presented and organised.
