You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and play a crucial role in communicating with customers and internal departments to process orders efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Process sales and inventory transactions accurately. Create and maintain records for customers, suppliers, and products in our ERP system (JD Edwards). Monitor product distribution to customers and follow up on sales orders. Manage inbound calls, respond to inquiries, take orders, and meet customer needs. Collaborate with sales and support teams to fulfill customer requirements. Escalate issues to the Customer Service 2IC or sales team as needed.
