About this role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Rex Software, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and paving the way for our cutting-edge products to revolutionise the real estate market. This role is an integral part of driving growth, forging strong customer relationships, and making a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry . As an SDR at Rex Software, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the real estate sector, evaluating their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth, making a significant impact, and contributing to our mission of revolutionising the real estate market. Role Requirements: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking. Develop a deep understanding of Rex Software's products and services, staying updated on features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Assess and qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and pain points to ensure they are a good fit for Rex Software's solutions. Articulate the value proposition of Rex Software's products clearly and persuasively, tailoring your messaging to address the specific needs of potential clients. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects, managing and updating the CRM system with accurate lead information. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively position Rex Software in the real estate industry. Maintain a well-organised sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to sales management. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimise lead generation efforts. Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and address objections. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, including lead conversion rates and sales revenue goals. Be adaptable and open to feedback, continuously improving your sales techniques and strategies based on performance data and coaching. Effectively prioritise tasks and manage your time to maximise productivity and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Focus on providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, building trust and rapport with potential clients. Ensure adherence to all company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in sales practices. Regularly report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and the status of the sales pipeline to the sales manager and leadership team.
