5 years land development project with a review to extend Subdivision, roads & minor structures Moreton Bay region project This large scale Australian owned and operated business is considered to be a leading mid-tier contractor. Their focus is predominantly on urban & main roads projects although the company boasts a number of other successful results nationally. As Project Engineer you will help deliver a masterplan project consisting of subdivisions, roads, and minor structures worth $40M North of Brisbane. You will liaise with the client ensuring that the program is met; costings are accurate as well coordinating with the Supervisor maintaining a positive relationship between site staff and contractors. You will also have an Engineer below you that you will manage, so leadership & good people skills will be highly favoured. To be successful you must have a proven track record of delivering, subdivision or road projects with a civil contractor in similar conditions. Your role will be supporting the Project Manager in the day to day running of the site including the following responsibilities: Subcontract management & liaising Planning, programming & resourcing Progress claims & variations Reporting on a weekly & monthly basis The successful individual must have at least 4 years local civil infrastructure experience, predominantly in subdivisions or roads.
