Role Details: Based full time between Monday to Friday in our Dandenong site and reporting to the Customer Service & New Work Team Leader. What you'll do : Oversee the New Work requirements, initiating a smooth onboarding of new products and ensuring products are setup on a timely manner & update existing products with accurate information Coordinate with the Sales Team, Production, Design & Suppliers to resolve any issues arising with new product setups Daily coordination with Sales, Art Houses and Production teams to organize new /existing tooling, art for new and existing product alterations Facilitate product changes initiated by the production and design teams & tooling transfers within sites together with the tooling department Provide daily updates to the Sales & Production team on progress of tooling Maintain accuracy of job card information as required Establish meaningful relationships with internal and external customers and possess exceptional communication skills Maintain an elevated level of accuracy in all activities and a strong team attitude. Assist the team during peak periods or when team members are away, ensuring continuous coverage and maintaining high service standards Facilitate team projects Assist customer service team based on requirements What You Will Bring: Great communication skills High level of accuracy Willingness to learn with on-the-job training Experience with Microsoft office Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment What you’ll love when you join us: Sustainability: Contribute to sustainability initiatives that make a difference.
