Your new role: The Ausco Camps team provides high-quality accommodation camps for various markets, including construction, renewables, road, rail, energy, and mining. As the Administration Manager, you will lead a small team responsible for mobilizing personnel, equipment, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. The Administration Team handles all aspects of camp projects, from setting up employee contracts and managing manning histograms to coordinating medicals, travel, accommodation, qualifications, vendor sourcing, document transmittals, and project reporting. In this diverse role, you'll build strong relationships with customers and project teams to ensure seamless delivery. What you will bring to the role: With your natural ability to engage and motivate a small team, you will also demonstrate: A minimum of 5 years' administration experience, with a demonstrated ability to supervise a small team. Substantial experience coordinating travel, accommodation, medicals, and inductions, as well as experience with client document submittal platforms. The ability to take initiative in planning and supervising projects. Personal drive and commitment to a "One Team" culture that openly and transparently contributes to positive cross-functional engagement. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, apply continuous improvement principles, and meet deadlines without compromising service levels or quality. The ability to develop reporting frameworks that address stakeholder needs pertaining to the role's area of responsibility. Experience in document control is highly advantageous.
