Your Role: As the Quality Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting their Quality and Engineering Departments. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a significant impact. As an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy environment, you will be responsible for the below tasks. Maintain and manage multiple databases, compliance registers, and filing systems. Assist Engineering and Quality Managers with audits and inspections, gaining valuable experience. Support Quality Management Standards like ISO and AS9110 (training provided). Maintain and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and documentation. Organise meetings and schedules for auditors and external parties. Generate insightful reports and help document quality control processes and procedures. About You: We seek an experienced, meticulous administrator who is self-motivated and eager to learn. If you have: A knack for picking up new concepts and systems quickly, Exceptional IT and communication skills, Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking skills, The ability to work independently and collaboratively, Previous experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
