This includes managing schedules, preparing reports and presentations, updating resources, and supporting team communications. The role requires strong initiative, motivation, professionalism, and the ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently while balancing competing priorities in a busy environment. Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide administrative support, including preparing daily schedules, documentation, and pre-reading materials in a timely manner. Assist with formatting, proofing, and record management to ensure accurate preparation of materials. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and attend meetings. Summarise and prepare detailed agendas, minutes, memos, and correspondence in line with MACS policy and protocols. Coordinate the workflow of documents requiring approval to ensure efficient processing. Support the leadership team by preparing briefing and committee papers. ABOUT YOU Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills with a high degree of professionalism. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and issues quickly. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create well-formatted presentations and documents. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong adherence to confidentiality and ability to manage sensitive data appropriately. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
