About The Role Help shape Akura’s future growth and sales by building strong relationships and playing a crucial role in expanding our market presence, primarily in Sydney, with potential opportunities to explore interstate markets. While the role is located in Rhodes, there is an expectation to travel to our Bathurst office on a regular basis. As the Sales Manager, you will be working with our U-Select™ product, which is a comprehensive structural building solution, comprising footings, structural steel, and precast concrete panels, all designed, manufactured, and installed by Akura. While you won’t manage a team immediately, your strategic insights and individual efforts will be essential in shaping our sales strategies and achieving outstanding results. We’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities • Identifying and Developing New Business Opportunities - As a lead hunter, you'll play a crucial role in discovering and pinpointing projects and opportunities that align with our strengths. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving our growth goals, ensuring that we stay ahead of the competition and continuously expand our market presence - You will proactively implement process improvements as needed and take the initiative in developing business plans for prospective clients • Building and Maintaining Strong Client Relationships - You'll serve as the face of Akura, embodying our values and fostering trust and collaboration with key clients and consultants. Your ability to build and maintain these relationships will be essential in securing long-term partnerships and driving our success. • Providing Market Research and Strategic Insights - Enhance your analytical skills by delving into market research and providing strategic insights. Your contributions will inform decision-making processes, helping us navigate the competitive landscape with confidence and clarity. • Representing Akura with Our Values of Care, Integrity, and Excellence - At industry events and client meetings, you'll be our champion, proudly showcasing Akura's capabilities and commitment to excellence. Your representation will highlight our dedication to care, integrity, and the high standards we uphold in every project. About You You will be a successful Sales Manager with a strong motivation to identify opportunities and explore new possibilities across various locations.
