How is this for a unique role in the sales representative / customer service space? it will be ideal for a person already working in sales, preferably from retail customer service or trade desk, looking for their first move out onto the road on the career path to a sales representative role. This is a full time salaried position with full training provided as well as a company vehicle and tablet to carry out your work. Our client is a Gold Coast company in the shower and bathroom resealing business and due to excess growth they are run off their feet in the role that matters - measuring to quote on new jobs. We are seeking a strong relationship builder and customer service advocate to join the team and represent the business in the field, supporting the Directors in winning new business. Your main focus will be to visit clients, measure and take photos of the area to be rectified e.g. a shower or bath area, forward all job details to the office, and move on to your next job. There is no closing, purely doing the tasks outlined and providing excellent customer service to the client. On occasions, when required, you may be assisting the office team in processing quotes however, most of your time will be out on the road visiting clients for each job. Your service region will include the central Brisbane area and south to Beenleigh, with some northern Gold Coast coverage when other Reps may be away. Your role will be responsible for: Following up and visiting new leads - residential and commercial premises across the Greater Brisbane region with some occasional travel to the Gold Coast to cover extra jobs or if someone is away Inspecting and estimating quotes on shower and bathroom resealing Submitting accurate calculations to the office team for quoting as well as any notes about the visit Building relationships with current clients (real estates, body corporates and similar) Presenting to clients and dropping off marketing collateral when needed Assisting the office team with the conversion of quotes if needed We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria: Proven sales and customer service experience - Effective communicator with a great personality that is able to manage a diverse range of client relationships Sales and networking skills A keen eye for detail, good maths and problem solving skills General IT, administrative and reporting ability High organisational and time management skills A great team and customer focused attitude Ideally, you would reside in the Brisbane region due to the area you will be working On offer is a competitive base salary, a vehicle, tablet and phone as well as being part of a growing company that believes in supplying high quality products and services to their clients.
