ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Northcote warehouse team and manage inventory for the Maintenance and Water & Meter divisions. You will be responsible for ensuring the team operates safely, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and overseeing stock across multiple locations. This role requires strong communication skills and visible, values-led leadership to maintain consistent inventory management and safety standards. Key responsibilities include: Lead warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, and inventory control. Ensure procedures and best practices are followed through hands-on leadership. Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to drive an efficient and engaged workforce. Lead regular physical inventory counts and manage replenishment and demand planning. Reconcile any discrepancies in the inventory system. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Monitor staff to ensure safe operation of forklifts and other machinery. Oversee receiving and dispatching procedures. Assign tasks and manage workloads for the Northcote warehouse team. Communicate with customers to resolve shipping and receiving issues. ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership and communication skills, a thorough understanding of inventory management systems, and experience in purchasing and supplier management. You should be a strategic thinker with advanced problem-solving abilities and a commitment to promoting NPS values. Medium excel skills are required for the role.
