The Role: Sales admin support to high-performing team Reception and general administration support Prepare for listing presentations Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties Contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently run Liaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for a photo shot and past/building inspections Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts Managing campaigns The Candidate: Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or willingness to obtain 6 months industry experience or strong administration background Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great presentational skills A keen interest in Real Estate & Progression Be a motivated self-starter The Benefits: Monday – Friday role Excellent Team Culture Career progression assured Great reputation in the local market Please call Hannah Shaw on 0404 609 918 or email your CV to hshaw goughrecruitment.com.au
