This role is pivotal in delivering an unparalleled level of service and hospitality to all visitors and clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand's dedication to excellence. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will create a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere, manage seamless operations, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: First Impression: Greet visitors warmly and create a welcoming front-of-house experience that aligns with their brand's reputation. Exceptional Customer Experience: Provide personalised assistance to ensure every guest feels valued and exceeds expectations. Seamless Coordination and Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, supporting smooth internal and external interactions. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent and embody the company’s core values, showcasing our commitment to excellence and luxury. Cultivating a Positive Environment: Assist internal team members, support administrative tasks, and foster a collaborative atmosphere. Front-of-House and Meeting Management: Welcome guests and manage the reception area, including meeting room bookings and setups. Back-of-House: Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas and manage stock and ordering of kitchen supplies and consumables. Office Administration Support: Assist with office operations, supplies management, and resolving operational issues in collaboration with the Office Administrator. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a client-facing role, preferably in a corporate receptionist position, hospitality or high-end customer service. Experience as a concierge or receptionist in a luxury setting is preferred but not essential.
