About the role: As part of an already large, existing legal team you will sit with a number of administrative law and regulatory lawyers, advising across: statutory decision making, functions and power; statutory instruments and applications; privacy; disciplinary matters, negotiations, arbitrations and appeals where necessary; administrative and public law matters particularly relating to the complex regulatory and policy obligations of this authority; and assist with the development of procedure, policy and governance supporting the regulatory requirements. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: 6 years PAE with experience in public and administrative law; government/public law experience will be highly regarded; excellent research and statutory interpretation skills and an analytical, problem solving mind.
