Longton Legal is a national multi-disciplinary law firm that is fast growing with a reputation to match across the Eastern seaboard of Australia. We are looking for a highly motivated self starter to work full time at our Parramatta Office. The role will provide administrative assistance to our Managing Partner as well as being the first point of contact for our law firm as our receptionist. Your role: Provide strong admin support to the managing partner with file management, follow up with clients and ensuring matters are managed professionally; Assist the legal teams in administrative matters; Provide reception duties across the Parramatta office and other administrative duties as requested Greet clients and visitors on arrival in a professional manner; Co-ordinate conference and meeting rooms; Assist with food, coffee and other beverage preparation as required; Distribute incoming deliveries and deliver electronic faxes; File management; Monitor and maintain staff amenities (kitchen etc.); Manage our office facilities including maintenance and repairs, inventory of office supplies for all locations, kitchen consumables, tracking ordering and replenishment; Work with the rest of the City Receptionist team to help provide a consistent and inviting experience for our clients and employee. About you: 3 years experience in administration, reception and client service experience dealing with professional clients in a corporate setting; Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to manage workflow and set and deliver on priorities; Proven communication skills with a collaborate approach; Highly detail oriented and proactive with initiative to get things done; Tech savvy with proven ability in word, excel and power point applications How you benefit?
