About the Role Join a dedicated in-house call centre team providing support to families across Australia as their first point of contact. Based in Varsity Lakes, this 6-8 week casual position for an ASAP start is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, assisting families through the enrolment process, and managing inquiries. Key Responsibilities Handle outbound calls to new or existing families to assist with enrolment and provide support. Manage waitlist families, guiding them through the enrolment process and offering information on specific centres. Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate call logs. Engage in survey and feedback collection, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the customer care team, who manage escalations and complaints.
