About the role We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organisation. The Receptionist will handle the flow of guests through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner, based onsite in Cannon Hill. Full time or part time considered. Greeting and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure the reception, kitchen & shared areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Organise catering for company events Perform other clerical duties as required About You You are the first point of contact for our office – you are outgoing and professional, you set the energy and make all those coming through feel welcome Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Office coordinator, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Why IOR?
