About You: • You’ve just finished your IT degree or Cert IV in IT, and you’re ready to hit the ground running • You’re a natural problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting and finding solutions for clients. • You have great communication skills and know how to provide an awesome customer experience. • You’re motivated, eager to learn, and excited about the endless career opportunities in IT. What You’ll Be Doing: • Provide Level 1-2 technical support to users, both onsite and remotely. • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring systems run smoothly. • Log and document all support activities in our IT Service Management (ITSM) system. • Learn from and collaborate with experienced IT professionals, gaining exposure to Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory , and networking concepts . • Stay up-to-date with system changes and industry trends. Requirements: • Degree or Cert IV in IT (recently completed or close to completion). • Passion for technology and a drive to excel in the IT industry. • Basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
