We are seeking a punctual and reliable Disability Support Worker with a Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and demonstrated skills in the following areas: Hoisting and Transferring: Proficiency in safely hoisting and transferring clients. Behavior Management: Ability to manage complex behaviors effectively. Meal Management: Experience in following meal management plans. Medication Management: Accuracy in completing medication paperwork and records. Licence/Certifications: • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate or the ability to obtain one (Essential). • Satisfactory Working with Children's Check (Employee) or the ability to obtain one (Essential). • Current Driver’s Licence, your own car, and comprehensive/third-party insurance (Essential). • NDIS Worker Screening Check ID or the ability to obtain one (Essential). • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (Preferred). • Infection Control training certificate (Preferred).
