Location : Bella Vista, (near Norwest) Salary : $60k Super Role Highlights: You'll be the go-to person for customer queries, helping a diverse range of internal and external customers. Role Overview The Customer Service Specialist will assist internal and external stakeholders, managing everything from processing orders to handling product inquiries. You'll receive comprehensive training and support, including learning from technical specialists for those tricky, technical questions. Key Duties Include: Handle any inbound calls and emails with warmth and professionalism Process orders and ensure customers and staff are happy with the service Coordinate and implements the sales administration in the office, and be the direct link between field reps, customers and the company to ensure orders are put through correctly Process sales orders, quotes and arrange deliveries Improve customer service quality by suggesting improvements Monitor open delivery reports to ensure warehouse is dispatching orders on time Collaborate with internal teams like sales, marketing, and R&D to solve customer inquiries Candidate Profile You are friendly, positive, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. We're looking for someone with: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail and organisedLoves helping others, takes initiative, and has a positive, can-do attitude Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team Driver's Licence/own transport (public transport is limited) Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Any prior experience in customer service, fast food, retail, call centre, or administration would be ideal, however, we are more interested in how you communicate, your willingness to learn and your genuine interest in building a career Does this sound like you?
