We’re on the hunt for a Receptionist who thrives on excellent communication and customer service Position: Receptionist Location: Moorebank, NSW Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5.30 PM full-time hours required (some overtime offered, from time to time) Key Responsibilities: Greet and Welcome Visitors: Be the friendly face of our company for suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders. Handle Inbound Calls: Efficiently manage up to 120 calls a day, directing them as needed. Manage Front Desk Operations: Ensure a welcoming and professional environment. Data Entry & Invoicing: Maintain accurate records and assist with sales orders. General Administrative Support: Collaborate with various teams, including accounts and sales. Ad Hoc Office Duties: Assist with miscellaneous tasks as requested by staff.
