About the Role As our Customer Service Manager you will be required to: · Assist in the creation and prompt and accurate delivery of all customer orders. · Create Purchase orders in the system and track the job throughout the production line. · Be a vital link between the sales staff as well as in-house and external workshops. · Adhere to the due dates given and ensure the highest quality of work leaves our boutique. · Track jobs throughout production, managing costs throughout the production line, whilst ensuring the highest quality leaves our workshop. · Communicate with our jewellers and gemstone setter to ensure all specs are met to the highest standard. · Liaise with our suppliers to organise stones and other requirements where necessary · Review sales data to plan future stock needs. · Oversee production schedule to ensure all customers orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and all expected ETAs are met. · Prepare for and assist with stocktake. · Organise workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. · Visit suppliers and manufactures daily as required. · Assist with answering the phone and help the sales staff as required. · Support the sales staff and management team with daily office tasks where required. Skills, personality traits and experience · Immaculate personal presentation and communication skills. · Ability to work as part of a team. · Strong time management skills, attention to detail and communication skills. · You have well-rounded administrative, planning and organisation skills. · Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. · Take initiative and can work independently. · You are highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. · Must have an outgoing personality with a proactive attitude towards the business. · Honest and trustworthy. · A high level of initiative and tenacity. · Be willing to assist different departments when required.
